Another twenty-five (25) yards of concrete dropped for the launch at ‘The Point’ this morning. It’s beginning to look a lot like a great venue for public outdoor recreation.
County Commissioner Mike Gore joined the planning today, as seen with City Public Works Director Billy Dan Gill and local resident Kent Bartgis. Under the direction of Mayor Scott and the governing body, the City is expanding this first phase of development to include concrete pads for public seating/viewing and an additional walkway to enter/leave the river when the launch is in use. #CityofJHintonWV #SummersCountyWV #LetsGoFishing #FloatingontheRiver
