Thank you to Governor Justice, WV Highways Commissioner Byrd White, State Senator Jack David Woodrum, Summers County Department of Highways employees and Hinton Mayor Jack Scott for the repairs to State Route 20 from Pipestem to Bluestone Dam, both Main and Pleasant Streets in Avis, and again on Route 20 from Sandstone to Summers County High School. These repairs to the road bed were much needed and necessary before paving the entire road surface. We are appreciative of this work and look forward to the completed paving projects coming this summer.
